Thilan Peiris is a Pega Lead System Architect at Areteans, currently based in Melbourne, with over 15 years of overall experience in IT. They possess more than 13 years of specialized experience in Pega, having worked both offshore and onshore in Sri Lanka, North America, and Australia. Thilan has demonstrated expertise in designing and developing complex BPM solutions using PEGA technologies and has held positions at various companies, including EvonSys and Virtusa, where they contributed significantly to large-scale integrated information systems across multiple domains. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Colombo.
