Kayla Green

Kayla Green has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kayla began their career as an Assistant Manager at Little Caesars in 2009 and later worked as a Team Leader at Cedar Point from 2012 to 2013. In 2011, they joined Walt Disney World where they held multiple roles, including Lead Campus Representative and Merchandise Hostess. Kayla also worked as a Character Attendant during their time there. In 2014, they served as a Guest Relations Supervisor at the Detroit Zoological Society. Kayla then interned at Make-A-Wish Michigan as a Development Intern for events in 2015. In the same year, they joined Walt Disney World again, this time as a Conservation Education Operations Professional Intern and eventually became a Merchandise Coordinator. Kayla worked at Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan as a Fund Development Specialist in 2017, followed by a role as a Data and Marketing Coordinator at Corporate Travel Service until 2019. Kayla then became an Administrative Specialist at The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC before transitioning to roles in HR at Credibly, starting as a Human Resource Generalist in 2020, then progressing to People Operations Manager in 2021, and currently serving as Director of People & Culture starting in 2022.

Kayla Green received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication with a minor in Management from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to that, they completed their Associate degree in Business Administration at Oakland Community College. In addition to their formal education, Kayla has obtained several certifications including the Employing Abilities at Work Certificate from SHRM Foundation, the Employee Engagement Specialist certification from Top Workplaces, and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM.
