Fernando Castillo

Fernando Castillo, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and investment management. Currently serving as Corporate Strategy Manager and Investor Relations Manager at Credicorp since August 2021, Fernando previously held the position of Investment Banking Associate at Provenance Capital Group, where key contributions included conducting due diligence for a $250M acquisition and structuring debt financing for clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas del Perú, where financial assessments informed a $150 million capital strengthening plan for Peru's development bank. Fernando also worked as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Prima AFP and a Financial Structuring Analyst at Compass, focusing on asset management in Latin America.
