The Credit Analyst Academy was co-founded by Darren McNamara and Thanh Do, bringing a combined 55 years of commercial lending, credit, recruitment, and leadership experience. After years of interviewing, hiring and mentoring analysts, we consistently saw a gap between academic knowledge and real-world credit capability. Many strong candidates lacked the practical knowledge and job ready skills required for commercial credit roles. We built the Credit Analyst Academy to close that gap.
