Mark Ng

Mr Ng is a member of CPA Australia and a practising member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr Ng has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector across Asia and in the management and governance of listed companies. He has been involved in a number of IPOs and M&A activity on major stock exchanges (LSE, HKEX, ASX, NSX, SGX, TSX, NYSE). In addition to his experience in financial services and lending, he has extensive experience in various industries including logistics, point of sales and retail, fintech, pharmaceuticals and the FMCG sector.
