Don Mills has over 20 years of experience in the business industry. Don began their career in 1996 as a Revenue Analyst / Volume Analyst II at BP Amoco. In 1999, they moved to Williams Energy as a Trading Analyst II (Risk Control). In 2000, they became an Independent Contractor, providing financial analysis services for Western Wireless Corp. and Microsoft Corp. Later that same year, they joined Plains All American as an Operations Services Manager. In 2005, they took on the role of Business Manager at Smith Cogeneration, Inc., where they managed accounting and analysis for five individual investment companies. In 2006, they were Supervisor - Tax & Financial Systems at Devon Energy. Since 2008, they have been Director of Client Operations at CreditPoint Software, where they work with clients to understand the complexities within each organization across a variety of industries, gathers report requirements, and manages mapping and documenting business rules for data migration to and from the application database.

Don Mills received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Economics, with a Minor in Accounting, from Oklahoma State University between 1992 and 1996.
