Prashant S.

Prashant S. has held various roles since 2008. Prashant started as an Industrial Trainee at Citibank in 2008, where they assessed credit profiles of prospective clients and managed the walk-in branch customers. In 2010, they completed their MBA at the University of Kent and also began working as an Associate at HSBC, where they managed customer grievances and developed a plan to re-design the credit card statement delivery process. In 2018, they became the Associate Vice President at Tracxn and, in 2019, they took on the role of Senior Manager - Credit at Crediwatch.

Prashant S. received their Bachelor in Commerce (Hons) in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Calcutta between 2004 and 2007. Prashant then completed a GNIIT in Software Engineering from NIIT Ltd between 2005 and 2009. Prashant S. went on to obtain their MBA from the University of Kent between 2010 and 2011. Lastly, they completed a Project Risk Management program from the University of Oxford in 2016.
