Monica Hait is a seasoned professional in library and information services with extensive experience in customer support, research technology, and database management. Currently serving as a Customer Support & Success Specialist at Credo Reference since August 2019, Monica previously worked at Foley & Lardner LLP as a Library Collections Analyst and Research Technology Analyst, where contributions included transitioning content to a new SharePoint intranet. Prior to that, Monica held the position of Senior Information Systems Librarian at Fish & Richardson P.C., managing electronic database contracts and promoting library resources. Earlier roles include Technical Services Librarian and Library Assistant, demonstrating a strong foundation in library operations.
