Brett Defever

Brett DeFever is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in hardware design and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Credo Product Development since February 2009, Brett has previously held the position of Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Emerson Network Power from 2006 to 2009, where contributions included leading hardware projects and collaborating with marketing and customers on board-level architectures. Brett's earlier experience includes a role as a Hardware Design Engineer at Artesyn Technologies from 1997 to 2006, focusing on the design and testing of compute blades and various high-speed serial interfaces, as well as VHDL development for FPGA/PLD designs. Additionally, Brett began a career as an Engineering Consultant at MU Measurements Inc., where responsibilities encompassed GUI design, control software development, and circuit board schematics. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
