Lissandra Biassi

Lissandra Biassi has a robust background in human resources, with extensive experience in training and development, career management, and recruitment and selection across various organizations. Currently serving as Coordenador DHO at credsystem since June 2018, Lissandra previously held the position of Senior HR Analyst at Mosaic Fertilizantes do Brasil Ltda from June 2017 to January 2018, where key contributions included the development of career pathways and a development guide.
