Our Mission: To share our love and knowledge of the Outer Banks and be superior real estate advisors and experts for our unique North Carolina coastal area.

We provide unsurpassed professionalism and service to our clients and are dedicated to putting their best interests first through our commitment to value, advocacy, and transparency.

We’re a real estate duo that loves everything Outer Banks–the people, the dunes, the beach, the water, and the maritime forests where we hike and play with our daughter, Selah, and two doodles, Albus and Sunny. This is a friendly, close-knit community with a unique real estate climate, and folks around here know they can trust us to provide five-star service, no matter if they’re dealing with a modest home or multi-million-dollar investment property. We are our clients’ best advocates and fiduciaries, so we listen to them, honestly assess properties, and put our clients’ financial well-being first.

With over 20 years of combined experience in Outer Banks real estate, we know every single nook and cranny of this market. Lauren is our expert in the business and tech side of real estate, from appraisals to closings, property management to vacation rentals. Alan is our hands-on guy, with critical knowledge about the unique construction requirements of properties near the ocean, and he has a deep understanding of the land and its topography so that he can give educated and reliable advice on specific locations.

Integrity is our guide, and we don’t ever settle for “good enough,” which explains why we have so many repeat clients and why so many of our clients have turned into our close friends. We see our clients as teammates, and, together, we’ll work to find you the perfect property for the best price possible. Whether you’re selling a property or looking for your first home or your second, a commercial space or an investment property, let’s connect and discuss your goals.
