Chris Waltz

Chris Waltz, AIA, LEED AP, CSI, CDT is currently the Director of Planning and Design at CREF since January 2021. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Principal at Shepley Bulfinch from January 2019 to January 2021 and also held the position of Principal and Chief Operations Officer at Steffian Bradley Architects from September 2004 to December 2018. With a strong educational background, Chris obtained a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Virginia Tech in 1999, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History in 1997, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering in 1992.
