Raphael Mota

Raphael Mota is the Superintendente de Segurança da Informação at Crefisa, where they have been leading cybersecurity efforts since 2025. Previously, Raphael held positions including Head of Cyber Security and Security Expert at Midway from 2024 to 2025. They served as a Security Analyst for the Exército Brasileiro from 2014 to 2020, focusing on internal pentests and Red Team assessments. Raphael earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros and pursued a Master's degree in Cyber Security at Universidade de Brasília.
