Els Lemiere has extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors, currently serving as a Quality Manager and Support for Belfius Net at Crefius since 2004. Additionally, Els has been involved in education as a guest lecturer at Arteveldehogeschool since 2006, focusing on mortgages, and acts as a guest speaker at IomFcot, discussing real estate acquisition and financing through tailored credit solutions. Previously, Els held positions as a Sales Consultant for Life & Employee Benefits at ALLIA and worked as a Credit Advisor at Dexia. Educational qualifications include a Masterclass in Customer Experience, a Master in Employee Benefits from the House of Insurance, and a degree in Insurance and Finance from Hogeschool Kortrijk.
