Sofie Gutermann

Sofie Gutermann is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent management and advisory roles. Currently serving as an HR Advisory Board Member at Aquafin since February 2023, Sofie provides strategic guidance on HR matters to senior management. At Crelan, Sofie has held the position of Talent Management Expert since October 2020, acting as a Learning Partner for multiple departments and addressing training and development inquiries. Previously, Sofie participated in Crelan’s Young Potential Program, gaining exposure across various HR departments. Notable early experiences include serving as a junior jury member for the NextGen Jury Employee Engagement Awards at Herculean Alliance and completing an internship as a Junior Human Resources Consultant at Noord Natie Odfjell Antwerp Terminal while pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources Management at Antwerp Management School. Sofie holds additional master's and bachelor's degrees in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
