With a corporate history dating back to 1995, CREMAC Commercial Finance (CREMAC) is a fully integrated commercial real estate finance company.  CREMAC's primary activities include originating, servicing, and securitizing commercial mortgage loans.

CREMAC is a direct lender. Our loan program provides permanent fixed rate commercial real estate loans for the acquisition or refinance of stabilized, income producing commercial real estate properties located in most market sectors, including small and medium markets for commercial mortgages over $3 million.  As one of the first conduit lenders to re-enter the market, CREMAC is actively pursuing lending opportunities with property owners across a full range of commercial real estate asset types.
