Gary Coville is the Co-Founder of ChallengeMyTeam, a company focused on helping HR professionals increase employee engagement, promote wellbeing, and deliver on corporate social responsibility. Gary is also the Founder & CEO of Cremarc, a marketing consultancy that aims to fully understand their client's technologies and services. With experience as the EMEA Marketing Director at Jive Software and Marketing Director at Natilik, Gary has a strong background in marketing and IT. Gary holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire and an MBA from the University of West London.
