Cremer SA (Cremer) is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture, distribution and sale of first aid, surgery, treatment and hygiene products. The Company’s portfolio is divided into three main lines: Disposable Products and Supplies for Healthcare Line, which includes gauze pads, crepe bandages, adhesive plasters, diapers, surgical gloves, needles, syringes, scalps, probes, disinfectants, dental products and thermometers; Industrial Adhesives Line, which consists of adhesive tapes for footwear, automotive electronic and graphic industries, and Plastic Line, which comprises plastic containers for hospital adhesives, spools for the textile industry and components for electrical equipment, among others. Cremer organizes its business into five segments: Hospital, Retail, Dentistry, Industry and Other health related segments. As of December 31, 2011, it operated three production plants in Blumenau, one in Sao Paulo and nine distribution centers in various states of Brazil.
