CREOMOD is a Latvia-based project management and consultancy company specializing in wooden modular and panelized construction.

Founded by two co-owners with nearly 10 years of hands-on experience in the prefab sector, we support investors, developers, and partners throughout the lifecycle of modular building projects. Our background includes extensive work with both modular and panelized systems, giving us deep insight into factory processes, costs, and export requirements.

We operate as an independent project management partner with established agreements and close cooperation with multiple wooden prefab factories in Latvia, expanding to Lithuania and Estonia. These factories deliver high-quality modular and panelized buildings for EU markets, the UK, Norway, Iceland, and Australia.

Our role is to act as a bridge between Baltic wooden construction manufacturers and international clients. Many excellent factories are either fully booked or hesitant to enter export markets – we help unlock this potential by matching the right factory to each project, aligned with the investor’s budget, timeline, technical requirements and market standards.

We provide end-to-end support, including:

•	Factory sourcing and evaluation
•	Project management and coordination
•	Cost optimization and feasibility support
•	Logistics and transportation
•	On-site assembly (when required)

While we are a lean team of two founders, this structure allows us to stay flexible, highly involved, and personally accountable in every project we take on.

We are open to B2B and B2C cooperation. If you are planning a modular or panelized building project and are looking for reliable factories, organized logistics, or end-to-end project support, we would be glad to be included already at the initial price proposal stage. If there is a mutual fit, we are always open to building long-term partnerships. For project inquiries or factory partnerships, please contact us at info@creomod.lv
