J Steele developed a strong work ethic on a working family farm in the Midwest and has built a diverse career in project management within the construction industry. Currently a Senior Project Manager at Cresa, J has previously held roles as Director of Construction at Matlock Design Build, Construction Manager at RiverRock Real Estate Group, and Superintendent at CDG Builders, among others. J owned Black Diamond Builders and served as President of the Remodelers Council of Southern California in 2011. With a commitment to integrity and customer service, J aims to enhance the contractor experience for clients through effective teamwork and communication. J has also received three rare designations in the industry and is passionate about fostering positive relationships throughout their work.
