Mark Gardner

Mark Gardner is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Principal at Cresa since September 2023, Mark previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Stream Realty Partners from October 2020 to September 2023. Prior to that, Mark was Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank for six years and worked as a Tenant Advisor at Travers Realty Corporation for over a decade. Academic credentials include a BA in American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and earlier studies at Orange Coast College.
