Michael Morris

Michael Morris is currently the President of Cresa’s Data Center Capital Markets & Advisory, where they lead a team specializing in the sale of operating data centers, site selection, and infrastructure solutions. With a strong background in both tenant and landlord representation, Michael has extensive experience in New York City office leasing, having completed over 1,500 leasing assignments totaling more than 30 million square feet since starting at Newmark in 1998. They previously held roles as Executive Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Vice Chairman at Newmark Knight Frank. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
