Ryan Cooley

Ryan Cooley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and architecture. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Project Management at Cresa since October 2025, Ryan previously held the position of Director of Architecture and Construction at Hilton Grand Vacations, managing significant development and renovation projects. Prior to that, Ryan worked as Quality Control Manager at Martin-Harris Construction, overseeing quality control for the Las Vegas Convention Center expansion. Additional roles include Manager of Facilities Construction Projects at Southwest Gas Corporation, Deputy Chief of Park Maintenance and Engineering and Architect/Project Manager at the National Park Service, and Director of Construction Services at Clark County School District. Early career experiences include various positions at TSK | A MOREgroup Brand and a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
