Susan Ruby

Susan Ruby, SIOR, serves as Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial and also holds the position of Senior Vice President at Cresa, both roles beginning in January 2018 and April 2013, respectively. Recognized as one of the Top Industrial Brokers in Orlando, Florida, Susan has negotiated significant leases and sales for major global companies, including Sygma Network, Huttig Sash & Door, and Toys R Us. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Industrial Real Estate for Jones Lang LaSalle and as Director Industrial Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield, totaling 28 years in the industry. Susan is an alumnus of Western Kentucky University.
