Crescent Capital is an independent private equity firm with a focus on energy and infrastructure investments in Turkey and surrounding regions. 

At the end of 2011, Crescent Capital has launched Clean Energy Transition Fund (CETF), the first energy-focused private equity fund in Turkey. Current investors include international institutional investors, as well as local and foreign financial institutions. Commitments at first closing have reached EUR 100 million, and a final closing is planned within 2013.

CETF makes investments in clean energy projects / companies with a focus on hydro, wind, solar, geothermal, and biomass subsectors. CETF also considers investments in companies providing goods and services to the clean energy industry.

Acting as a first-mover, Crescent Capital is aiming to become the leading energy-focused fund manager in its target region, establish long-term partnerships, and create value for our investors.
