Moray Cocker

Moray Cocker has extensive work experience in the field of rotating equipment engineering. Moray is currently working as a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer at Crescent Petroleum since 2021. Prior to this, Moray worked at Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG from 2018 to 2021, where they held the role of Rotating Equipment Technical Authority and was responsible for operational readiness and maintenance of compressor stations. Before that, they worked at Wood from 2006 to 2018 as a Rotating Equipment & Mechanical TA, focusing on offshore field developments and handling a variety of production capacities. Moray also has a significant background at RWG (Repair & Overhauls) Limited, where they served as a Senior Field Technician from 2002 to 2006, managing field services for clients across different industries. Moray also worked as a Regional Field Service Technician from 1998 to 2002, overseeing the Maracaibo-based Field Service Centre. Additionally, Moray started their career as a Mechanical Technician at RWG in 1989, gaining experience in gas turbine repair, overhauls, and performance testing in the North Sea region.

Moray Cocker has a well-rounded education history. In 1989, they started their education journey at North East Scotland College, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering, obtaining an ONC (Ordinary National Certificate) in 1992. Moray continued their studies at the same institution and earned an HNC (Higher National Certificate) in Mechanical Engineering in 1995.

In 2001, Moray enrolled at the University of Aberdeen, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management. Moray successfully completed this program in 2005.
