Founded by Nadeeja Bomiriya and Dinel Bomiriya, Crescin exists to transform how learners, instructors, and training organisations create, deliver, and engage with learning - powered by AI that actually understands education.

Nadeeja is a 7-time Microsoft MVP (Business Applications), a Computer Engineer by trade (Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering, Monash University) and MBA graduate (Melbourne Business School). An industry veteran and business and technology leader, he brings decades of experience working with large enterprises across the Microsoft ecosystem - combining deep technical architecture expertise with strategic business acumen to shape the vision behind Crescin.

Dinel is a Bachelor of Biomedicine student at the University of Melbourne who achieved an ATAR of 99.35 in VCE. A physics tutor and lifelong learner, Dinel was the national runner-up in Microsoft’s AI for Good Challenge at the age of 12 - designing an AI-powered anaphylaxis monitoring solution. As a current student and a VCE tutor, he brings a firsthand understanding of what modern learners need and ensures Crescin is built with the learner’s voice at its centre.

Together, they combine Nadeeja’s wealth of experience in business, technology, and enterprise delivery with Dinel’s deep roots in education and AI - united by a shared passion for teaching and learning, and a belief that AI should enhance human potential, not replace it.
