Ash Johnston

Ash Johnston has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, beginning in 1989 as a Programmer and Computer Science Assistant Lecturer at the University of Otago. In 1991, they moved to Olivetti as a Research Programmer, followed by a role as an Analyst Programmer and Systems Administrator at Omnilife in 1992. In 1994, Ash worked as an Analyst Programmer at Science Navigation Group and a Senior Software Architect at TMA Data Management. From 2008 to 2018, they were the Chief Solutions Architect and Head of Consumer Marketing Products at Landis+Gyr. From 2018 to 2020, they were the General Manager, Marketing Products and Chief Product Officer at intelliHUB Group. Ash is currently the Group CTO at CrescoNet, a role they have held since 2022.

Ash Johnston obtained a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Otago between 1985 and 1987. Ash then went on to complete an MSc in Computer Science from the same university between 1988 and 1991.
