Lesbeth Roque

Lesbeth Roque is an experienced R&D Mechanical/Preclinical Intern at Cresilon, where responsibilities include optimizing a benchtop assay to simulate in vivo tissues for testing hemostatic gels and designing a qualitative test for assessing the adhesion properties of these gels. Prior to this role, Lesbeth served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Synthetic & Systems Biology Lab at Boston University College of Engineering, focusing on analyzing angiogram scans and observing lab experiments to gain insights into Good Laboratory Practice regulations in animal research. Lesbeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and has also studied at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
