Lay Shah has a strong background in DevOps, with experience in various roles at different companies. They started their career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, where they worked on implementing a CICD pipeline and GIT branching strategy for software development. They then moved on to become a Senior Systems Engineer at the same company. Later, Lay worked as a DevOps Engineer II at Snapdeal, where they automated the CICD pipeline using Jenkins and implemented Kubernetes. Currently, Lay is serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer and DevOps Technical Lead at Crest Data Systems.
Lay Shah completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, from 2011 to 2015. They also obtained several additional certifications including CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in 2024, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023, MTA: Introduction to Programming Using Python - Certified 2018 from Microsoft in 2018, AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services in 2018, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in 2017.
