Bill Higgins

Bill Higgins is the President at Crest Management Company, AAMC, where they provide management and consulting services to over 140 homeowner associations in the Houston area. Previously, Bill served as Vice President and Community Manager at the same company, overseeing more than 100 associations. With a robust background in management, Bill spent years in various roles at ARAMARK, Guckenheimer Enterprises, and Compass Group North America, where they excelled in increasing sales and optimizing operations. Bill began their career in dining services at Southern Methodist University, contributing to the successful planning and opening of new foodservice concepts.
