Mark Meghezzi

Mark Meghezzi currently serves as the Head of EMEA for Cresta, beginning in August 2025, where Mark is focused on advancing AI solutions for customer contact. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at Afiniti from October 2019 to August 2025, including Head of Global Revenue and SVP, UK General Manager, overseeing a significant team and revenue generation across numerous markets. Mark's earlier experience includes key positions at BT, where responsibilities included managing P&L and customer acquisition strategies, as well as enriching customer bases. Mark also contributed to the customer experience as a Proposition Manager at O2 and participated in Telefónica's Talentum European Graduate Programme. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Management, Business Administration, Management, and Operations from The Robert Gordon University.
