Michele Vance

Michele Vance is currently the Director of Strategic Sales at Cresta, where they lead initiatives to enhance enterprise contact centers through generative AI technologies. Previously, Michele served as the Chief Sales Officer and Vice President of Customer Engagement at Service Management Group, focusing on customer experience management for over 500 brands. Their extensive career also includes leadership roles at Dimensional Innovations, where they were Chief Client Officer, and Qualtrics as Enterprise AVP. Michele’s earlier experience features positions at Schendel Pest Services and Validata, LLC, further solidifying their expertise in marketing and sales strategy. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Gannon University.
