Rohan Dixit

Rohan Dixit currently serves as the Director of AI Delivery at Cresta, where they lead initiatives in artificial intelligence. Previously, Rohan held various roles, including Sr. Program Manager for AI Services and Program Manager for AI Incubator at Google, where they focused on Contact Center AI and advanced agent modeling. Rohan also worked as a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager at msg.ai, contributing to customer success in applied AI, and as an Implementation Manager at Medallia. Rohan began their career at Armanino LLP as a Financial Consultant and has a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of the Pacific.
