Tim Shi is the co-founder and CTO of Cresta, a company that specializes in artificial intelligence. Tim has also worked for OpenAI, DJI Research, Dropbox, and Microsoft Research Asia. Shi dropped out of their PhD program in machine learning at Stanford University in 2018.
Tim Shi first attended Tsinghua University where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Tim then went on to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an Exchange Student in the field of Computer Science. Currently, they are pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University.
