Cale Pearson is a seasoned transportation leader currently serving as the President and Shareholder of B2B Transportation Services, Inc., where they focus on developing team leadership abilities and fostering a culture of transparency and trust. Prior to this role, Cale was the President and National Sales Director at Central Oregon Truck Company, responsible for strategic account development and customer relationship management. Cale holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Sports Management from California State University, Bakersfield, which they completed in 2002.
