Jim Erickson

Jim Erickson is the vice president of property operations at Crestline with responsibility for the operations and success of Crestline Property Management and all properties that are currently owned and managed under the Crestline Communities umbrella. This includes daily operations, owner and investor reporting, marketing, training, human resources and business planning.

Additionally, Mr. Erickson lends his expertise to projects under development, facilitating design review to maximize operational efficiencies and durability. Prior to joining Crestline, Mr. Erickson worked for Great Lakes Capital Fund as an Asset Manager with a portfolio of over 50 properties in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. His responsibilities included overseeing all facets of the investment in each property, including monitoring construction costs, timeliness and quality, monitoring initial lease-ups, analyzing budgets and financial statements and monitoring on-going compliance with governmental regulations.
