Libby Spencer

Libby Spencer is a Regional Manager at Crestline. Her responsibilities include oversite of daily property operations, compliance audit and reporting, vendor and service provider relationships, and lease ups. She is also accountable for the implementation and management of successful marketing plans for each community and training new Property Managers in Yardi software and their daily responsibilities.

She has 12 years in the Property Management field including on-site management, multi-site management, and Section 42 Tax Credit Compliance. She currently holds the designations for Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
