Rick Hendrix is an operating executive at Crestview. Rick previously served as chairman and chief executive officer of realized Fund I portfolio company FBR & Co. Prior to being named CEO of FBR, Rick served in a variety of capacities, including a chief operating officer, chief investment officer, and co-head of investment banking. Before FBR’s merger with FBR Asset Investment Corporation in 2003, Rick served as the president and chief operating officer of FBR Asset and was responsible for its mortgage-backed securities and merchant banking businesses. Prior to joining FBR in 1999, Rick was a managing director in PNC’s investment banking group and previously led both PNC’s asset-backed securities business and its large corporate banking business in the Midwest. Rick is currently chairman of the board of directors of Protect My Car, as well as the CEO of Live Oak Mobility Acquisition Corp and Live Oak Crestview Climate Acquisition Corp. Additionally, Rick serves on the board of directors of Danimer Scientific and Navitas Semiconductor. He has a B.S. in finance from Miami University.
