John Doukas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the intersection of real estate and technology. As the Co-Founder and Managing Member of PropellerBD since 2025, John accelerates growth for commercial real estate (CRE) and real estate technology (REtech) organizations through business development and product strategies. In addition to founding Navigate Capital in 2022, John advises startups on growth strategy and capital raising. Current advisory roles include Board Member at AITASTIC and Strategic Advisor for multiple organizations including Prophia, CREtelligent, and Valcre®. John has also served as Managing Director at LEX, Executive Director at Energy Aspects, and Vice President at Cornerstone Analytics. John holds a degree from New York University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
