Kara Gundersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and customer support management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Client Success Department at CREtelligent since August 2018, Kara previously held the position of Senior Client Success Manager. Prior to this role, Kara spent over three years at JLM Energy, Inc., where responsibilities included serving as the Director of Technical and Customer Support and operating as the Operations Manager/Customer Support Manager.
