Kyle Pendleton

Kyle Pendleton currently serves as an Assistant Manager at Crew Carwash, having joined the company in August 2021. In this role, responsibilities include assisting the Operation and General Manager with maintenance tasks and operations, managing scheduling, overseeing training and interviews, and providing constructive feedback. Prior to this, Kyle held the position of Shift Manager at both the Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville and in Lafayette, IN, where duties involved money handling, auditing processes, employee training, and carwash maintenance. Previous experience includes working as a Service Assistant at Auto Express Cars and serving as a Server and Host at Walts Other Pub. Additionally, Kyle contributed as a Farm Hand at Pendleton Farms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate's degree from Anderson University, along with a High School Diploma from McCutcheon High School.
