Rob Bailey is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles within the tech industry. As COO and Co-Founder of crewAI and CEO and Founder of BackboneAI, Rob demonstrates a commitment to innovation. Previous roles include serving as a Strategic Advisor for over 20 seed and Series A stage companies that collectively achieved a valuation of more than $5 billion and as CEO and Co-Founder of MState, which successfully developed two unicorns. Additionally, Rob was COO and GTM at Kustomer, a company acquired by Facebook for over $1 billion. Education includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Tech Start-Ups from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in International Business from Brown University.
