Heather Cacci Arters

Heather Cacci Arters is a seasoned payments and fintech executive with extensive experience in strategic client management and business development. They previously held roles at American Express, where they managed B2B payment products and developed consultative sales approaches, and served as Senior Director at Visa, focusing on payment and treasury strategies for top-tier banking partners. In addition, Heather was the Sponsorship Director for the NYC Triathlon Team and currently holds the position of Director of Growth Enablement at American Express. They are also a founding member of CREW and are pursuing a Bachelor’s and an MBA at W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
