Operations Team

The Operations Team at Chennai Radha Engineering Works is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of bulk material handling systems at thermal power plants and ports. This includes overseeing coal and ash handling plant maintenance, meeting turnaround times (TAT), and maintaining quality deliverables. Team members coordinate human resources, manage inventory, supervise shift operations, oversee overall operational processes, and operate reclaimers to ensure seamless workflow and service delivery.
