CRG Civil Managing Director Carl Garreffa is well known for his passion for development projects. He has more than 25 years experience within the civil construction industry, primarily in residential and commercial land development. 

Ethan Dadras is the project manager of the company and our principal civil engineer and has a strong track record in delivering complex projects over last 16 years. His experience in subdivision, mining, infrastructure(Tunnel, Roads, Bridges), local government and land development sectors enables us to provide high-standard engineering solutions to non-standard industry problems.
