John Binkley

John Binkley is the current President of Search at CRG. John has over 25 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on the industrial and manufacturing sectors. John has held leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including Grainger, ADP, and Monsanto. In 2002, they joined MRINetwork as a Vice President. During their time with MRINetwork, John was ranked as a Top 1% Recruiter 10 years in a row. John also founded and led a Top 5 Practice. In 2014, John left MRINetwork to start their own company, E3 Recruiting. John ran E3 Recruiting for 4 years before joining CRG Search in 2018.

John Binkley received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University and a Master of Arts from Trinity International University.

John Binkley reports to Tim Sessoms, CEO. Some direct reports include Michael Bush - VP, Search, Ty Miller - Director, Search, and Tim Borop - Director, Search. They are on a team with Luis Alvarez - CTO, Jason S. Heller - COO, and Danielle Wilson - President, Staffing.
