Allan Bell

Allan Bell has extensive experience in IT project management and information security, with a career spanning from support roles to managerial positions. At Tarmac, Allan served as IT Project Manager, overseeing IT project delivery, and progressed through various roles including Communications and Information Security Manager and Voice and Data Network Manager. Allan later joined CRH, initially as Governance, Risk and Best Practice Manager, contributing to information security initiatives across global regions, and currently holds the position of Network and Security Manager. Transitioning to Ampa, Allan leads the Group Information Security Programme as Group Information Security Officer. Prior experience includes technical support and network engineering at Davis Langdon LLP, where Allan managed infrastructure teams and operational support for a significant EMEA data network.
