Andre H. has extensive experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic development, with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President Group M&A at CRH since September 2014, Andre has completed numerous M&A transactions across Europe and beyond. Previously held positions include Strategy and Development Director for CRH Heavyside Europe and Finance Director a.i. at Reed Business Media, where significant accomplishments include managing a major divestment. With prior experience at D.E. Master Blenders 1753 and Sara Lee Corporation, Andre has demonstrated expertise in global acquisitions, financial control, and strategic advisory roles. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's in Economics with a focus on Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
