Anne O'Donovan

Anne O'Donovan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Counsel at CRH since July 2023, Anne previously held positions at Meta including Lead Litigation Counsel and Litigation Counsel for EMEA from November 2019 to July 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Arthur Cox from May 2014 to November 2019, and completing various legal internships. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Temple University and a BCL in International Law from University College Cork. In addition, Anne has gained mediation experience through roles such as a Mediator at Philadelphia Municipal Court and is an accredited mediator through CEDR.
